Shopping With The Tea Rose 🌹

Welcome to The Tea Rose, a small independent shop offering carefully chosen preloved and new clothing.

Our clothes

Preloved pieces have had a life before arriving at The Tea Rose, so there may occasionally be gentle signs of previous wear. I check items carefully and will always try to photograph and describe any noticeable marks or flaws.

Sizing

Sizes can vary considerably between brands. I provide the size shown on the garment and, where helpful, additional measurements. Please check these before ordering.

Postage

Your order will be carefully packed and dispatched as quickly as possible. Delivery times vary depending on the courier or postal service used.

Returns

I want you to be happy with your purchase. If you buy directly from The Tea Rose website and change your mind, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligible returns should then be sent back within 14 days of notifying me and returned in the same condition in which they arrived.

Unless an item is faulty or not as described, you will normally be responsible for the cost of returning it. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

If something goes wrong

If your item arrives damaged, isn’t as described, or there’s a problem with delivery, please get in touch as soon as possible and I’ll help you sort it out.

Vinted, eBay & other marketplaces

If you purchase one of my items through another selling platform, that purchase will be subject to the relevant platform’s payment, delivery and returns processes.
