These are the walks I come back to. This is my anchor walk. Open paths. Clear sight lines. Regular dog walkers. You rarely feel hidden here. Early mornings are especially calm mist on the grass, the pond still, everything gentle.
When you can see who’s approaching, your body relaxes. The openness makes it feel less vulnerable. Good for stretching legs without feeling closed in.
.I walk here when I need my head to settle. You can see ahead of you. It’s simple. Daylight walks only for me — I like visibility.
Cranleigh is beautiful. But beauty feels better when you feel safe.
