A Gentle Gathering in the Village
There are some people in a village who quietly become part of people’s lives.
Steph is one of them.
For over a decade, she has been supporting parents in and around Cranleigh through pregnancy, birth, and the early stages of parenting.
Her antenatal and baby classes are not just about learning what to expect, but about helping parents feel more prepared, more confident, and more at ease as they step into something completely new.
Over time, those classes have grown into something more.
A community of parents who support one another, share experiences, and realise they are not the only ones figuring things out as they go.
Alongside her classes, Steph also runs a weekly Walk and Talk group at Knowle Park.
It is simple, and that is exactly the point.
A walk around the park, a coffee in hand, and time to chat with other parents who understand this stage of life.
No pressure to be anything other than you are that day.
Spaces like this matter more than we often realise.
Especially in the early days, when everything can feel new, uncertain, and at times overwhelming.
Having somewhere to go, even just for an hour, can make all the difference.
If you are local and navigating those early stages of parenthood, you may find Steph’s groups offer exactly what is needed.
A little guidance, a little reassurance, and a sense of being part of something.
